Capital Campaign

Faithful Friends

For two decades Faithful Friends Animal Society has been working for a more compassionate system of animal protections in Delaware. We led major legislative reforms that saved tens of thousands of homeless, abused, and abandoned pets from being needlessly killed, and we were the first to start a series of pet owner and cat colony support programs. Now we turn our sites inward, aimed at improving our animal living spaces and physical workspaces. By building a better animal shelter in a more natural setting, we’ll be able to achieve even more for pets and people.

The State of Delaware’s vote of confidence in our mission and accomplishments resulted in a land grant gift of 20+ acres on a parcel of land in the Christiana area of New Castle County. This will be our future home! Thanks to generous donors like YOU, our vision for a new community shelter and resource center is becoming a reality.

Jane Pierantozzi, Executive Director

We know you are as passionate about saving animals as we are, and it is only through your continued support that we can start the next chapter of our organization’s mission to be the voice for all animals in need and to expand our support services for pet owners and cat colony caretakers who love them.
